Mobile Engineer is a device our engineer connects to your fire alarm panel before he starts working on your system. It records and transmits everything he tests during a site visit. It’s an Android application that works with a Portal to record our engineer’s notes whilst testing.
All data from our Engineer is forwarded to the Portal including all activity, comments, and photographs which are recorded against each asset within the current service period. Tests are automatically recorded with no manual intervention, guaranteeing a record of exactly what happened. Test records are logged with the engineers’ comments within the Portal.
